How do I return my order?

What is your return policy?
- Full Refund: We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Store Credit: Returns requested between 14–28 days of receiving your order are eligible for store credit.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
Are there any shipping costs?
Orders over $100 ship free. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I still change my order?
If you want to change your order, please email us at hello@portiaandpearlz.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking code by email. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to become active. If you still can't track your package after 48 hours, please email us at hello@portiaandpearlz.com.
